GBS is a small minority-owned business that has a short line of communication between Senior Management and the first line teams.  This enables GBS to be more responsive to customer's need and timely on problem resolution.  GBS, its employees and partners are committed to the success of every contract awarded.  All resources that are committed to the project are made available immediately to ensure all committed all  QCDs are met.

GBS attributes its success to  hiring talented people, providing quality services/solutions and leveraging key Strategic Partnerships in the US and  India that have Global Quality Certifications, State-of-the-Art technologies and on-time delivery capabilities.

Global Business Services was founded in Rochester, New York by Nitin Shah, Charlotte Nichols, N.J. Shah of India, Alan Caine, Shirley Wilson and Jiten Shah of India.  Ashvin Zaveri joined us a year later as a partner with focus on Business Development.  The team leveraged their collective corporate skill sets, 150+ years of IT, Business Operations and Global Management, to design and deploy strategies that lead to revenue growth. The company was incorporated in April 2003.  The company quickly out grew its start-up space in the basement and moved to formal office space in July 2003.
