By working with the client to understand existing technology limitations and helping them to define best practices for managing their business operation, GBS was able to develop a cost-effective solution specifically “tuned” to meet the high growth needs of the company, while also developing a customized data center and a scalable IT infrastructure to grow with the company in the years ahead. GBS took over responsibility for staff training and for managing the IT issues of their three different geographical locations.

Today, our client is fully automated in every department, using a flexible software suite to give them visibility with all of their production facilities, suppliers, and with their outside distribution channel.
