William C. Gray – Vice President, Government Sales and Services

Mr. Gray is a highly experienced marketing/sales management professional with more than 35 years of expertise in government sales and services, strategic planning and developing Government markets in one of the Fortune 50 companies of the United States.

As Vice President, Government Sales and Services, Global Business Services, Mr. Gray is responsible for Business Development strategies and plans for all levels of the Government markets. His business experiences include operations, call centers and manufacturing. He has over 35 years of leading diverse teams, managing global operations and strategic planning.

Thomas Wilson - Vice President, Technical Solution Centers

Thomas Wilson brings over 30 years of work experience in both management and engineering in the commercial and defense sectors. He was a co-founder of two technology companies that provided IT Solutions and Services to commercial sector, where he served as the Chief Technology Officer.

As the CTO, Mr. Wilson managed and developed company infrastructure and enterprise solutions. In addition, he worked as a lead systems engineer and software engineer on various projects for leading Defense Contractors.

Phyllis Bradley - Vice President, Marketing and Sales

Ms. Bradley is a marketing and sales professional with over 15 years of experience delivering multi-million dollar contracts for local government and public corporations in North Carolina, Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia.

Her experiences also include overseeing areas of policy making, organizational analysis, compliance, quality control, and contract negotiations. Past responsibilities have included supervision of a staff of 200+. Specific departments managed include customer relations, project development and management; and human resources management.

Ms. Bradley recently earned the CA Certified Sales Specialist designation. Having completed the required CA online courses, Ms. Bradley now has the distinction of being a specialist in CA’s Foundation Security: Identity and Access Management.

Victor Ridgley - Vice President, Technical Solutions

Mr. Ridgley has over 25 years of information technology experience in database administration, network integration and software life-cycle development with a concentration in public sector consulting.

He has served in various management and operational positions for federal, state and municipal agencies along with private industries. He has delivered robust technical solutions for clients as varied as the Department of Defense, Housing Urban Development, UUNET, UNISYS and the District of Columbia.

Claudia Williams – Director, Communications and Community Relations

Ms. Williams brings to GBS a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of Communications, Public Relations and Marketing. In Jamaica, she worked at the National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited for 6 years in both corporate Foreign Exchange and Marketing departments. She also taught for two years at a State University of New York before completing her Master’s degree in Communication.

Most recently, Ms. Williams worked as the Marketing Communication Specialist for a high-end travel company in Rochester, New York. While there, she was responsible for media and public relations, trade show participation and the production of the company’s quarterly newsletter and other marketing collateral.
Ms. Williams’ attention to detail, eagerness to learn and passion for her area of specialization equip her to provide GBS with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

Elon Richardson – Director, Business Process Outsourcing

Mr. Richardson will lead the BPO Development activities. He has over 10 years experience in managing international operations in IT, Travel, Accounting and Customer Services. Prior to joining GBS, Mr Richardson spent 6 years working for an Internet Start-up Company as Business Operations Manager. In this area, he developed and re-engineered global business processes, led diverse teams in IT system development / deployment and managed various business operational functions. Mr. Richardson brings a wealth of business knowledge, experiences and diverse language skills to GBS.

William Velazquez– Director, Network Services

William Velazquez, brings 20 years of management and communication experience from the United States Marine Corps where he served for 21 years. During his military career, Mr. Velazquez held the position of Communications Chief, focusing on the planning and engineering of computer networks over microwave and satellite transmission media. He currently holds a Top Secret Clearance.

Mr. Velazquez holds a degree in Computer Science. He is currently in the process of completing the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification. His knowledge, leadership and team-building ability will prove invaluable to Global Business Services.
