Shirley Wilson was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer effective May 1, 2006. Ms. Wilson previously held the position of Chief Information Officer.

Ms. Wilson has been with GBS since its inception and is one of the Founders of GBS. As the CIO, she was the key driving force behind the company's Information Technology Strategies, Offerings, Partners and Delivery Models.   With her distinct no-nonsense style, her name has become synonymous with win-win initiatives, quality customer services and the forging of strong business relationships.

Ms. Wilson has 25+  years with a U.S. Fortune 50 corporation as an accomplished seasoned executive in directing Information Technology and Business  Operations, i.e.,  managing large complex ($160m+) initiatives and supporting large operations ($7b), improving business efficiencies and building-motivating-leading globally diverse teams. 

Prior to GBS, Ms. Wilson was CEO of ChoiceServices Management, Inc. a company that provided services that spanned all aspects of enterprise transformation, including strategy, business process, culture and information technology.

As one of the Founder of GBS, Alan Caine  has been the CFO since inception.  Mr. Caine contributes over 30+ years of cross-functional leadership success in general management, finance, operations and customer service. His experience includes more than 15 years of senior-level financial management in several high-profile leadership positions with a U.S. Fortune 50 Corporation.

As the CFO, Mr. Caine is a decisive, performance-driven business leader with significant success in cost reduction, process re-engineering, change management and profit growth, Mr. Caine is known for his strengths in negotiations, strategic partnering, budgeting and team building.

For the four years prior to GBS, Mr. Caine was President and CEO of Fiducial/Century Small Business Solutions, an independently owned and operated accounting/ consulting practice.

Mr. Zaveri is an accomplished veteran in Business Management. He is a focused executive who is results-driven, market savvy and globally connected. Mr. Zaveri has 20+ years of proven successes in oil and gas drilling prospecting opportunities.

As a member of GBS Executive Management Team, Mr. Zaveri's entrepreneurial spirit and high energy level blends well with the GBS culture. His extensive international business experience and relationships allows him to focus on creating and implementing business strategies for key emerging and developing markets.

As President of Zaveri Oil and Gas Limited. Mr. Zaveri leads the overall strategic direction for sales growth and customer service through new business and market opportunities. He also plays a critical role in developing business relationships with key industry personnel. He has established and maintained successful working relationships with major international oil and gas clients.

As one of the Founders of GBS, Mr. Shah has 20+ years of global Information Technology solution design, development and integration experience.

At GBS, Mr. Shah leverages his technical knowledge to ensure the readiness of solutions, products and services for GBS.  Mr. Shah has created and designed innovation solutions for security related products that utilize GSM mobile technology.  These solutions provide mobile processing capabilities to  banks, power plants, oil fields and refineries, and other high-security, data sensitive industries.

Mr. Shah has developed an Artificial Intelligence tool for oil exploration that significantly reduces the time and risk of identifying sites that have a high percentage of successfully producing oil.

Prior to GBS, Mr. Shah served as Chief Managing Director of Upsurge Software Pvt. Ltd.  Mr. Shah has led technical teams to provide a wide variety of creative IT solutions for companies globally.
